The Workshop will take place at Palasiet Thalasso Clinic & Hotel, which is a 4-star hotel located at the bottom of a small hill 50 m far from the sea in the coastal city of Benicàssim. The hotel was build in the gardens of an old classic villa from the early 19th century, and it is surrounded by the Desierto de las Palmas (Palms Desert), under a mild and warm climate. It is characterised by a very personal and cosy decoration that gives it charm and originality. The hotel comprises two open-air swimming pools, a spa, terraces, and lovely gardens among other amenities.

Lunches and the gala dinner will take place at the Palasiet Club, which is opposite the hotel and with direct views to the sea. It offers delicious meals with special focus on traditional rices from this part of Spain.
