The Book of abstracts is now available here.

This is the workshop programme (oral presentations), which might suffer minor modifications. Be aware that it follows the UTC + 2 h time zone, which is the time zone for Spain in September.

The poster presentations are these:

Oral presentations

Invited talks will be 40 min presentation + 5 min discussion.
Non-invited oral presentations will be 15 min presentation + 5 min discussion.

For the in-person oral speakers, please make sure you deliver your presentation (PowerPoint or .pdf file in a USB drive or sent by email to iwted@uji.es) at least 10 min before the beginning of your session. It will not be possible to connect personal laptops, since this will complicate the virtual broadcast for the on-line participants.

The on-line speakers can present live by sharing his/her screen or they can send a recording of his/her presentation in advance to avoid possible technical problems. Both options are possible. For the latter, please send the recording to iwted@uji.es at least the day before your presentation. If you need assistance on how to record your presentation, please email us (iwted@uji.es) and we will provide help. After the talk, they can open their microphone/camera to take questions. Please make sure you are available during the 10 min before the beginning of your session for a quick technical check.

Poster contributions

All posters, from both on-line and in-person presenters, should be sent by email (iwted@uji.es) as a .pdf file no later than the day before the Workshop (Wednesday 6th September) at 12 h (Spanish time). Once received they will be uploaded to the website and they will be available at the next day. Posters should be prepared in an A0 format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm). In-person presenters should bring their posters printed and hang them at the designated location any time before the Posters session (although it is preferred at the time of registration). Pins or similar elements to hold your poster will be available from the registration desk. All posters should be removed from the panels no later than Friday (2nd day of the workshop) at lunch time.

If any of the on-line participants would like to interact with any of the poster presenters, it would be possible by indicating at the chat of the on-line session the poster number they wish to talk to. The poster presenter will be asked to go to the computer to have the discussion (or a convenient time for this will be arranged otherwise).
