IWTED2023 concluded
The International Workshop on Thermo-electrochemical Devices 2023 is now over. A total of 24 people attended in-person and 6 on-line. They came from different countries around the world (Spain, Sweden, France, Germany, Ireland, UK, Italy, Japan, China and South Korea). The event was a success and it is intended to have a continuation in two-year time in Japan. Thanks to all the researchers that contributed and we hope to see you in the next edition!!

You are invited to attend the 2-day International Workshop on Thermo-electrochemical Devices 2023, which will take place in hybrid format (in-person and on-line via Zoom) on the 7th and 8th of September 2023. To our knowledge, this is the first event completely devoted to thermo-electrochemical systems, such as thermo-electrochemical cells (thermocells, thermogalvanic cells), ionic thermoelectric supercapacitors, and similar devices combining electrochemical phenomena with thermal processes. At the workshop, you will have the opportunity to disseminate your work, meet the invited speakers, enjoy scientific discussions, exchange ideas, and meet international researchers and collaborators.

The workshop will take place at the lovely Palasiet Thalasso Clinic & Hotel, which is located at the foot of a small hill by the Mediterranean sea in the coastal city of Benicàssim. You will enjoy wonderful views and surroundings and an extraordinary cuisine. The workshop is organised by the Thermal and Electrical Systems Laboratory from Universitat Jaume I (Castelló de la Plana, Spain) and is co-funded by the European project UncorrelaTEd.
